Hart will be serving as a construction manager. Starting as an apprentice ironworker and working his way up through the ranks, he has more than 30 years of construction management experience, focusing on process, mechanical, and piping systems. He most recently served with Monarch Construction in Newport Beach, CA, as a project superintendent.
