Nandini “Nan” Patel has joined Leadership Management International, Inc. (LMI) as Program Manager and Executive Coach. LMI provides leadership and management development services to individuals and local organizations identifying and focusing on critical personal and organizational changes required to increase productivity, profitability, and quality of life.

Patel brings over 15 years of experience in organizational development, training, coaching, and leadership management. She is a certified professional in Human Resources (PHR) and has worked in several industries including healthcare, insurance, call centers, and manufacturing. Most recently, Patel was Human Resources Director for Designtex, a Steelcase subsidiary, where she was responsible for over 220 employees. She was instrumental in driving strategic and tactical organizational development throughout the organization and focused on organizational development, employee relations, training, and policy development. Patel holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Madison, NJ; is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM), Association for Talent Development (ATD), and World at Work. She has earned several management training, consulting and behavioral assessment certifications in human resources from NYU, Rutgers Center for Management Development, Predictive Index (PI) and Center for Creative Leadership.

     In her role, Patel will orchestrate LMI’s Making of a Champion youth initiative and work with individual and organizational clients assisting them in becoming more effective and results-oriented through executive coaching and group facilitation. “We’re excited to have Nan take the lead in launching one of LMI’s legacy programs in the Upstate to address the growing soft skills gap impacting workplace productivity and bottom-line results,” says Nancy Eichstadt, Managing Partner.
