Ten at the Top (TATT) will host the PIQUE, an annual event focusing on the collaboration and connection of young professionals (ages 21-40) in the ten county Upstate. The March 23rd event, to be held at Wofford College in Spartanburg, will feature four workshops, an opportunity to network with Upstate business and community leaders in Executive Networking Roundtables sponsored by ECPI University, a panel on diversity in the Upstate, and a networking reception sponsored by Piedmont Natural Gas.

Event workshops will include:

Entrepreneurship & Alternative Career Paths with a panel featuring John Bauknight (Owner, RJ Rockers Brewing Company & LongLeaf Holdings LLC), Chris Corley (Owner, Corley Plumbing Air Electric), Verhonda Crawford (City Council Member, City of Chesnee), and Brandi Lindoe (Owner, Clemson Confectioneries). The panel will be moderated by Curt McPhail, Executive Director of The Space in the Mungo Center at Wofford.

Young Professionals to Baby Boomers – The Multi-Generational Workplace led by Jessica Sharp, Interim Diversity Manager at Greenville Health System.

Rethinking the Executive of the Future led by Emily Wagner, Partner and Managing Director at Webber Kerr.

How to Land a Job You Aren’t “Qualified” For with a panel featuring Rebecca Albert (Coordinator of Employer Relations, Anderson University), Steve Hall (Vice President of Business Development, Find Great People), and Jasmine Twitty (Associate Judge, Easley Municipal Court). The panel will be moderated by Allen Smith, President & CEO of the Spartanburg Area Chamber of Commerce.

The personal and professional development portion of the program will wrap up with a panel on diversity in the Upstate titled Breaking Glass Ceilings in the Upstate: Age, Gender, and Diversity. Panelists include: Jil Littlejohn (President & CEO, Urban League of the Upstate), Crystal Pace (Sales Account Manager, Spartanburg Marriott), and Ramon Nieves-Lugo (Principal, UniComm Media Group). The panel will be moderated by Jamarcus Gaston, Host & Producer at WSPA-TV.
