Business: C. Dan Joyner and Brad Halter

January 01, 2012
Nationally, residential real estate sales have slowed to a crawl, but Greenville fared better than many other parts of the country. According to Multiple Listing Service numbers, as of November 30, 2011, there were 5905 single-family/condo/townhouse units sold in the Greenville MLS, representing $1,020,082,909 in dollar volume. Based solely on those MLS numbers, at the top of the MLS leaderboard was Prudential C. Dan Joyner Company, followed by Coldwell Banker Caine Company. Leaders of both organizations work hard for their companies and the Greenville community alike. Dan currently serves as director of both the SC Association of REALTORS and National Association of REALTORS. He also sits on the advisory boards of the American Heart Association, the Palmetto Society of the United Way, the Upstate Homeless Coalition and the Boy Scouts. Brad is a member of the Board of Zoning Appeals for the City of Greenville, the board of directors of Greenville Convention and Visitors Bureau and the board of BankGreenville.
