Rick is the managing shareholder of Elliott Davis, the largest tax, accounting and consulting services firm headquartered in the State of South Carolina. With 27 years of public accounting experience, he has been with Elliott Davis for his entire professional career.
Rick leads the firm’s strategic planning process ensuring its alignment with Elliott Davis’ vision, mission and core values. He also oversees key initiatives relating to geographic and practice growth; revenue generation; client satisfaction; business development; policy and process implementation; community relations; as well as employee recruitment and retention.
Under Rick’s leadership, Elliott Davis has expanded into the Charleston, S.C. and Charlotte, N.C. markets; experienced record revenue growth; and launched economic development initiatives such as “Drive Business Downtown” in Greenville, S.C. Invested in the continued growth of the region, he sits on multiple boards of directors, and last year, developed a corporate engagement strategy for Elliott Davis to bolster volunteerism and community commitment.
