The Cliffs has announced two key hires within the leadership team at The Cliffs at Mountain Park, Dale Moeller as the community’s General Manager, and Stephanie Reeves as Head Golf Professional. Dale and Stephanie join the Greenville-area community on the heels of the recent Cherokee Rose land release, the Summer 2025 debut of the Sports Pavilion, and the acquisition of The Village at Mountain Park in Travelers Rest.
“We are thrilled to welcome two such experienced and accomplished people as Dale and Stephanie to the Mountain Park team,” said Rob Duckett, President of The Cliffs. “The community is set within the center of The Cliffs’ seven properties, offering its members access to an unparalleled slate of amenities and programming. With all of the new projects scheduled for completion this year, Dale and Stephanie’s guidance and expertise will be vital in helping both the staff and membership navigate all of the new offerings which will continue to define and elevate the Mountain Park experience.”
A leader with a proven record of success driving service excellence across Club operations, Dale joins The Cliffs at Mountain Park as General Manager from the Quail West Golf and Country Club in Naples, Florida. Known as a motivated and inspirational leader with an affinity for facilitating training, providing mentorship, and affording career development opportunities for all management and staff, his experience in strategic planning, financial reporting, budgeting, capital projects, resolving problems, and creating an environment that enhances the member and guest experience will be crucial. A Certified Club Manager (CCM) and Certified Association Manager (CAM), Dale is a forward-thinker who thrives in challenge-driven, fast-paced environments where attention to detail is the key to success and is therefore singularly suited to steer The Cliffs at Mountain Park through this exciting, yet busy, year. Dale and his family are excited to put down roots in the Upstate and will soon be joined by a baby bunny their daughter, Avioana, picked out on their most recent visit to Greenville.
An accomplished PGA Professional, Stephanie achieved the level of Certified PGA Member in 2013, specializing in Golf Operations. In 2017, she achieved her long-time goal of becoming a PGA Master Professional, the highest level of education in the PGA of America. At the time, she was one of only five women in the country to have earned this status. A native of upstate New York, Stephanie was drawn to the game of golf at a young age. She attended Siena College, where she played on the golf team and earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance. Shortly after graduation, Stephanie moved to Florida to pursue a career in the golf industry. She has built a thriving 22-year career as a Golf Professional, most recently serving as the Director of Golf at Countryside Golf and Country Club in Naples, Florida for the past 11 years. Away from work, Stephanie enjoys spending time at home with her fiancé and their two adorable cats and loves to cheer on her favorite New York sports teams. Shephanie is excited to explore her new hometown, enjoy lots of time taking in the beauty of the Upstate, hiking, and living an active lifestyle.
Last year, The Cliffs at Mountain Park debuted Cherokee Rose, 12 homesites centrally located within the heart of the Mountain Park community and only 25 miles from Greenville, SC and Hendersonville, NC. Slated for completion this summer, the Sports Pavilion will augment the curated social and recreational programming and high-level amenities the Mountain Park community is already known for. Designed by acclaimed Atlanta-based Summerour Architects, whose clients include some of the most iconic Southern brands including Kentucky’s famed Maker’s Mark distillery and Blackberry Farm and its sister property, Blackberry Mountain, this new complex will boast an array of amenities, including two tennis courts, four pickleball courts, two padel courts, and a resort-style pool.
The Cliffs also recently purchased The Village at Mountain Park in Travelers Rest, South Carolina, from Blackstone Development. The acquisition included 15 acres of land as well as some roads within the mixed-use village, which currently comprises commercial and residential buildings and lots. This key parcel of land now connects the homes and homesites in the Mountain Park Estates section to the main portion of The Cliffs at Mountain Park community. Though there are no immediate plans for development in The Village at Mountain Park, long range plans include residential, boutique commercial, and amenities offerings.
