TireCheck, a world-leading software company for efficient fleet management, has signed a lease for 6,597 square feet at the Keys Court mixed-use redevelopment in Downtown Greenville. Located at 307 East McBee Avenue, the three-story Keys Tower offered the last remaining available space at the property after Yee-Haw Brewing Company and CycleBar occupied the ground floor retail space earlier this year. TireCheck plans to move its Greenville office to the new location in October 2019.

CBRE’s Shelby Dodson and Brittany Farrar arranged the lease on behalf of the landlord, Keys Investors, LLC.

“Keys Court is a very unique property in Greenville and we’re very excited to welcome TireCheck to the development’s family of tenants,” said Dodson, first vice president at CBRE. “This is an excellent location, just two blocks off Main Street with more than 90 restaurants and pubs, and close to top accommodations, event venues, and outdoor parks.”

TireCheck is a digital transformation company targeting the tire industry. The firm provides digital tools to drive change in the tire service industry.
