Bannister, Wyatt & Stalvey, LLC Announces Purchase Of Historic Greenville Chamber Of Commerce Building

Bannister, Wyatt & Stalvey, LLC, in conjunction with Pintail Capital Partners and Fox Commercial Properties, announces the purchase of the Greenville Chamber of Commerce building, located at 24 Cleveland Street in downtown Greenville.

This purchase includes the building itself and the 1.8 acres of prime real estate on which it sits, located just east of Church Street. The partially-wooded lot backs up to the Reedy River, and the Swamp Rabbit Trail runs through Cancer Survivors Park, which neighbors the chamber to the south.

“This is an exciting time for our firm,” Alex Stalvey, managing partner at Bannister, Wyatt & Stalvey, says. “We are looking forward to our move to this historic location in downtown Greenville. We have no doubt this move will allow us to grow and continue to provide the highest level of service to our clients.”

Bannister, Wyatt, & Stalvey’s offices will occupy the north side of the building, while Pintail and Fox plan to occupy the south side of the building. An additional 3,600 square feet of collaborative office space will be available for lease.

The new ownership group is collaborating with DP3 Architects to significantly enhance the 23,000-square-foot building’s interior as well as exterior facade. Work is expected to begin this fall.
