The Cliffs announced that it released 26 premium lakefront homesites at The Landing at The Cliffs at Keowee Springs, a private waterfront community located near Clemson. The homesites are perched on some of Lake Keowee’s most coveted shoreline and sit on The Landing’s southernmost peninsula. Homesites range from $450,000- $1,495,000 and span between 0.75 and 1.5 acres, offering generous shorelines and panoramic views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Five of the 26 homesites are currently under contract after the initial pre-release sales weekend.

The proposed lakeside collection of amenities will feature progressive design with minimalist elements, natural materials and colors, and exposed structural features. Design and site organization intend to complement the surroundings, with many elements mingling between structure and scenery. From decking that weaves through the surrounding canopy to social-based spaces that invite introductions and conversation, the amenities at The Landing will focus on community and welcoming family.

Amenities under consideration include a covered shelter for club events, a canteen and rooftop bar for intimate dining, a boathouse landing, an infinity-edged pool and lakeside cabanas, a wellness room and an epic treehouse, and a sports field and trail system along the lake for children and adults alike. In addition to the new amenities at The Landing, future homeowners will have access to existing club amenities at The Cliffs a­t Keowee Springs as well as amenities at The Cliffs’ additional six communities.
