Greenville: Pete Brett, CCIM, David Sigmon, CCIM, and Matt Vanvick of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented Whitsett Street Investments, LLC (Seller) in the sale of a +3,600-square-foot office building on +0.21 acre at 115 Whitsett St., to Stratus Building Solutions, LLC (Purchaser).

Piedmont: George Zimmerman, CCIM of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented Connector Plus, LLC (Seller) in the sale of +127.127 acres at Lakeside Rd. & Lakeside Grove Lane, to Park West 85 Investors, LLC (Purchaser).

Jonesville: Tim Satterfield of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented Kemper Corporation (Purchaser) in the purchase of a +13,600-square-foot industrial building on +2.56 acres at 520 Alman St., from Town of Jonesville (Seller).
