Bishops Cuts And Color Donating 10 Percent Of Earth Day Profits To TreesUpstate

Bishops Cuts and Color, a Simpsonville unisex hair care shop offering quality service at affordable prices, is honoring the mission of Earth Day on April 22nd to “diversify, educate, and activate the environmental movement” by donating 10 percent of Monday’s profits to TreesUpstate. Recently renamed from TreesGreenville, this group is committed to keeping the Upstate green by planting trees and educating the community about protecting the environment.

“Giving back to the community that supports us is the cornerstone of the Bishops mission,” said Kevin Trexler, owner of Bishops Simpsonville. “Being environmentally conscious is something we value and commit to every day through our use of vegan color products by Pulp Riot. We look forward to taking that to the local level by supporting TreesUpstate in honor of Earth Day.”

When customers receive a service on Earth Day, they are helping Bishops contribute to this initiative. They will be entered to win an Earth Day prize pack of Bishops products and services when they mention reading this or our social media post about Earth Day. To participate, customers are invited to check-in for the service of their choosing online at https://bishops.co/locations/simpsonville/ or simply walk-in to Bishops on Monday, April 22nd, at the corner of Highway 14 and Woodruff Road next to Sprouts Farmers Market. Bishops is open 9am-8pm on Monday.

Community involvement is a key component of the Bishops brand, which has supported many national nonprofits including the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, and the American Diabetes Association. In addition, Bishops Simpsonville looks forward to partnering with other local non-profits, including the Salvation Army of Greenville, and Boys & Girls Club of Greenville County.

Bishops Cuts and Color is open for business seven days a week. Find out more information about Bishops Cut and Color online at www.bishops.co and on Facebook @Bishops (Simpsonville).
