New Downtown Townhouses Falls Walk Starts Pre-Construction Sales: Located at 102 O'Neal Street, Falls Walk will feature 11 townhouses starting at $700,000. The development is a block from Main Street in the West End and another from the new Markley Station redevelopment.
Co-developed by Tolbert Property Advisors and Renaissance Development, Falls Walk is among the emerging generation of residential and mixed-use projects being constructed in the West End that are not located on Main Street.
The new luxury townhouses will be located across the street from the proposed West End Community Hub by TD. The latter project -- a mixed-use site featuring air-conditioned storage units, a co-work space iShare, artists units, and retail -- had received final approval, but according to a TD Development representative, the group is currently reviewing the project and considering all of their options.

The Falls Walk project is expected to be completed by early 2020. Once completed the European-influenced townhouses will feature private two-car garages, private rooftoop terraces, private elevators, and gas grill connections on rooftop terraces, among various state-of-the-arts appliances and lux interior elements.
Earlier this month, the Parker Group was hired as the marketing and sales team for Falls Walk.

The Vietnamese coffee house and eatery Tru Broth opened this past weekend in Travelers Rest: Located at 36-A South Main St., Tru Broth serves Vietnamese coffee, specialty soups (beef, chicken, and sirloin pork chop), summer rolls, steam buns, and house-made bone broth in a cup -- think of it as a healthy pick-me-up for Swamp Rabbit cyclists and runners, if you like.
