New 200+ Townhome Development, Bridgeport Estates, Proposed on Laurens Road Near CU-ICAR: Plans for the development of the nearly 52-acree site have been submitted to the City of Greenville Planning Commission and are set to be discussed Feb. 28. The land development permit requests dividing 7 lots into 232 lots for Phase 1 of the project

According to plans, Phase 2 of the development would add another 72 townhomes to the site and another 12+ acres.
