Top Producing Associates Of 2018 Recognized At The Caine Companies' Annual Awards Celebration

The Caine Companies (Coldwell Banker Caine and Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine) recently honored its top producing residential and commercial real estate agents and brokers at the company’s annual awards celebration, held this year at the ONE Building in downtown Greenville. The company recognized more than 100 agents and brokers across the Upstate for their performance not only locally, but also internationally within the Coldwell Banker network during the 2018 fiscal year.

“With a growing team of realtors and staff, 2018 was our most successful year yet. Our agents are dramatically more productive than the average agent in our market,” said Stephen Edgerton, president and CEO of Coldwell Banker Caine. “The opportunity to honor their talent and hard work is truly one of the best parts of the year.”

Top producing agents were determined using a calculation based on sales volume and sales units. Jacob Mann was the No. 1 Top Producing Agent in Coldwell Banker Caine for 2018, both in terms of sales volume and sales units.
