The Heirloom Companies crafted the signature staircase and chandelier for Spartanburg’s new United Community Bank, located at the corner of Pine and East Main Streets. The project was led by Harper General Contractors and was designed by James Moseley Design.

“We are proud of our in-house design capabilities here at The Heirloom Companies,” said Ben Moseley, The Heirloom Companies chief operations officer. “We are honored to work with Harper General Contractors on yet another magnificent project.”

The Heirloom Companies team developed a federal style grand staircase and 10 foot, two-tiered chandelier that are both crafted of bronze inlaid between iron. United Community Bank has been Heirloom’s bank since the beginning of their company in 1994, making this particular project special to both parties.

“At a time when everything is mass-produced, it is wonderful to work with a company that takes ownership in all they do at their Spartanburg County, S.C. facility,” said Kim Mode, president of United Community Bank’s Spartanburg and Cherokee County operations. “I believe that United Community Bank’s new United Community Plaza location will always be a special building for our company, due to the special details designed and constructed by The Heirloom Companies’ attentive staff.”
