Old Cigar Warehouse wins fifth WeddingWire Couple’s Choice Award

WeddingWire has named The Old Cigar Warehouse as a Couple’s Choice Award Winner for Ceremony and Reception Space in South Carolina for the fifth year in a row.

The esteemed annual awards program recognizes the top five percent of wedding professionals in the WeddingWire Network who demonstrate excellence in quality, service, responsiveness, value and flexibility.

As a Couple’s Choice Awards winner, The Old Cigar Warehouse is highlighted within the WeddingWire Network, which is comprised of over 400,000 wedding professionals throughout the United States, Canada and abroad. The venue was also named as a Couple’s Choice Award Winner for Ceremony and Reception Space in 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018.

The Old Cigar Warehouse’s selection as a Couple’s Choice Award 2018 winner was based on the positive experiences expressed by past clients on WeddingWire, the world’s largest wedding review site with more than one million reviews.

While many industry awards are given by the host organization, the WeddingWire Couple’s Choice Awards winners are determined solely based on reviews from real newlyweds and their experiences working with the Old Cigar Warehouse.

“The competition amongst wedding venues is stronger than ever in the Greenville area and we are proud that new couples keep choosing us because of our outstanding service and abilities,” said Tammy Johnson, owner of High Spirits Hospitality, which is The Old Cigar Warehouse’s parent company.

Located at 912 S. Main Street across from Fluor Field in the West End, The Old Cigar Warehouse features more than 7,000 square feet of event space, an open catering policy and full event support, allowing the venue to deliver a seamless event. The Old Cigar Warehouse was built in 1882 and historically used as a warehouse for cigars and cotton. With 45-foot- high ceilings, exposed brick and stained floors, the warehouse is sure to inspire the most creative of events.
