CBRE Arranges Sale of Two Industrial Buildings Totaling 605,543 SF in Greenville County
CBRE represented 844 S.E. Main, LLC in the sale of 110 Milacron Drive, a 182,534-sq.-ft. industrial facility on 63.19 acres in Fountain Inn, SC. Fuyao Asset Management, LLC, an automotive supplier acquired the property to expand its operations in the area.
Additionally, CBRE arranged the acquisition of 700 North Woods Drive, a 423,000-sq.-ft. industrial facility in Fountain Inn, SC, on behalf of 844 S.E. Main, LLC, from Delwood, LLC. The new owner is planning to invest in extensive renovations at the former Woodside Mills Beattie plant to attract new tenants.
CBRE’s Campbell Lewis represented 844 S.E. Main, LLC in both sales transactions and is marketing 700 North Woods Drive for lease moving forward.

Built in 1962, 700 North Woods Drive is situated on 37.6 acres with Interstate 385 frontage. The property has the capacity to generate 17,100 kilowatts of power and currently features 19 to 20-ft. clear heights, nine dock high doors and one drive in door. The current owner is planning and exploring many improvements including raising the roof to a minimum of 30-ft. clear height for warehouse users. The property is adjacent to an additional 52 acres that is available for sale which provides the flexibility for future expansion.
