Stream Realty Partners will serve as the leasing team for ArrowPoint II and III, which was recently purchased by Greenville-based RealOp Investments.

ArrowPoint II & III are both four-story office buildings ideally located in the airport submarket at the intersection of I-77/I-485 in Charlotte, N.C., offering superior regional access to many of Charlotte’s most desirable residential, commercial, and shopping areas. The two buildings have a combined 163,687 square feet and boast spacious floor plates exceeding 20,000 square feet.  Leasing opportunities range from about 1,000 to  about 65,000 square feet.

Stream Realty Partners is one of the nation’s leading commercial real estate companies and is known in Charlotte for its work on a diverse number of recent repositioning and rebranding projects including  300 South Brevard in the CBD submarket  and The Grove Office Park in the University submarket.

Chip Hunt, RealOp’s vice president of leasing and marketing, said Stream brings a wealth of experience and local expertise in asset repositioning, something the group will focus on at in 2019. The group will be announcing significant capital projects and rebranding for the assets in the first quarter.
