LS Partners, LLC has marked the beginning of construction of a new project in the Verdae community with their official groundbreaking. Firms represented at the ceremony included future tenants NHE, Inc. and Willson, Jones, Carter & Baxley, P.A.; representatives from Verdae Development; and the City of Greenville. The project is being constructed by Creative Builders, Inc. and was designed by DP3 Architects. Both firms are headquartered in Greenville. South State Bank is providing the construction financing and the debt was arranged by Bellwether Enterprise Real Estate Capital.

The project is a commercial building consisting of office and retail uses. The building will measure approximately 50,000 square feet when complete and will be anchored by office tenants on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Construction is expected to be completed during Fall 2019.

Ground floor retail spaces are available for lease, marketed by Scott Burgess and Lance Byars with Colliers International.
