Scott Jones and John Stathakis, II of NAI Earle Furman represented the landlord, Allawood Properties LLC, in leasing a 4,332-square-foot office space to Southern Eye Associates located at 100 Allawood Court in Simpsonville, S.C.

Allawood Properties LLC purchased the existing building located off I-385 in March of 2015 and has since invested in the building and land improvements to bring the building back to its intended quality office/retail space. In August 2015, Third Palm LLC moved into their Class A, Office Fit Out, occupying 8,538 square feet of the total 22,160 square feet.

In January 2017, Jones and Stathakis secured a lease with GroupHab Physical Therapy to occupy a 2,890-square-foot space. GroupHab provides their patients with the opportunity to participate in group and individual therapy along with personal training and corporate wellness.

On September 5th, Allawood Properties LLC welcomed Southern Eye Associates as it celebrated the grand opening of its Simpsonville office. Southern Eye Associates will offer routine eye exams, surgery, and disease treatments to Simpsonville and surrounding areas.

Allawood Properties LLC's goal is to revitalize the building and its surrounding land into a thriving and growing community of business owners and offer the Simpsonville and surrounding communities’ residents quality services.
