Bedding Firm Plans Greenwood Plant

Down Home Manufacturing announced that it is establishing a new facility in Greenwood, S.C. The company’s $2.4 million investment is projected to create 50 new jobs.

The facility will fill down, down alternative, and feather pillows and comforters for retail clients in the U.S. and Canada. In addition, the facility will distribute these products as well as a range of imported finished products including blankets, sheets, and fashion bedding ensembles to retail clients in the U.S.

Located at 402 Maxwell Avenue in Greenwood, S.C., the new facility will be opening in the 2nd quarter of 2018.
