Sperry Commercial Global Affiliates announced that Griffin Partners, a commercial and investment real estate company based in upstate South Carolina, has joined as an affiliate to help with the company’s expansion in the Carolinas and international markets.

Led by president and CEO Mark Griffin, SperryCGA-Griffin Partners (previously Griffin Property Solutions) specializes in office, retail, and industrial properties, as well as land brokerage.

Griffin has 18 years of experience in progressive commercial real estate, including land development consulting, investment advisory, and general brokerage. He is a member of the CCIM Institute and is a certified business broker.
