Rosewood Communities, SK Builders, and Cobblestone Builders are building houses for Homes for Hope, expanding the initiative within the Upstate. Homes for Hope, Rosewood Communities, SK Builders, and Cobblestone Builders all are members of the Home Builder's Association of Greenville.

Homes for Hope works with home builders to raise money for HOPE International and fight against global poverty through charitable builds.

“I am proud of Rosewood Communities, SK Builders, and Cobblestone Builders, who are dedicated to donating their time and skill to bettering the global community,” said James Speer, APB, 2018 president of the Home Builders Association and partner in CarsonSpeer Builders. “This generosity and charity is a hallmark of our membership.”

The Rosewood Communities team recently started their fifth house for Homes for Hope in South Carolina, while SK Builders and Cobblestone Builders both began work on their first homes for the organization.

HOPE International is currently empowering 17,000 families from the funds raised through previous Homes for Hope builds in Greenville. With the addition of these three new builds, HOPE International expects the impact to jump to 25,000 families annually.

The Home Builders Association of Greenville honored Homes for Hope and Rosewood Communities at the 2017 Bridge Awards Gala with the Milestone Award, which recognizes outstanding contributions to the community, earlier this year.
