OneDigital Health and Benefits, the nation’s largest employee benefits-only company, has merged with Susan E. Crocker Human Resources Consulting, Inc. located in Greenville. This alignment will expand OneDigital’s national footprint into South Carolina, providing a solid foundation for growth.

Principal Susan E. Crocker and her team have focused on building the right benefits and human resources initiatives that will allow the company to become a leader in the region.

“Having Susan’s team join the OneDigital Southeast team brings deep human resources bench strength to our growing client base,” says Wally Dawson, regional managing principal of OneDigital Southeast. “Susan has built a unique service offering of human resources and benefits with a reputation to follow and we look forward to continuing that work.”

OneDigital’s comprehensive advisory services and market-leading solutions are offered in 47 offices throughout the United States. Responding to the convergence of broker consolidation, digitalization, and an increase of millennials in the workplace, the 17-year-old company is staking a claim as “the new generation in health and benefits.” This position articulates the space in which OneDigital operates and highlights its ability to deliver fresh thinking ahead of the market, giving clients peace of mind that their approach to employee benefits is best-in-class.

“OneDigital understands the value of human resources consulting and benefits together. Our initial awareness of OneDigital was through conversations with their customers/vendors who touted the relationships they enjoyed,” says Susan Crocker, principal of OneDigital South Carolina. “From there, we met business owners who have merged into OneDigital. We heard first hand of their positive results, actually 'results that exceeded expectation'. After numerous conversations with key OneDigital leaders, we believe they have the resources, experience, and depth to help us continue to grow which will help our associates build valuable careers and help our clients further achieve their goals.”
