Sales

Greenville:  Pete Brett, CCIM, David Sigmon, CCIM and Matt Vanvick of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented Crimson Marion Street, LLC (Seller) and Westridge SC, LLC (Purchaser) in the sale/purchase of +85.248 acres at Stanford Rd. and Leone Ave.

Simpsonville:  Graham Howle of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented Sanda & Saunders Properties, LLC (Seller) in the sale of a +1,086 SF office building on +0.4 acre at 308 NE Main St., to Karen McClaran (Purchaser).

Spartanburg:  Tim Satterfield of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented Compark Ltd. (Seller) in the sale of +7.61 acres at 810 Mt. Pleasant Rd., to Wagner’s Tree Service, LLC (Purchaser).

Spartanburg:  Tim Satterfield of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine represented Watts & James, LLC (Purchaser) in the purchase of a 4-unit multi-family property at 695 Maple Street, from 695 Maple Street, LLC (Seller).
