Oconee Federal Opens Loan Production Office

Oconee Federal Savings and Loan Association (Oconee Federal) has expanded its service footprint by opening a Loan Production Office in Greer. The office is located at 103 Regency Commons Dr., Suite B2, just off The Parkway near Pelham Road. Tim Lincolnhol, Scott Presley, and Ginger King will lead Oconee Federal’s Greater Greenville office. The trio has more than 85 combined years of banking experience in the Upstate market.

“The decision to expand our presence and build business in Greenville and Spartanburg Counties is a natural fit for us,” said Todd Latiff, who serves as chief banking officer and executive vice president. “Oconee Federal is an exceptionally sound, nearly century-old institution. We look forward to the opportunity to serve the businesses and families living in the dynamic and growing Greenville-Spartanburg market.

With 35 years of commercial banking experience, Lincolnhol serves as Oconee Federal’s Greater Greenville market executive. He is a member of Advent United Methodist Church and has served on the boards at Greer Relief and Resources and the Greer Cultural Arts Council as well as participating on the loan committee for The Appalachian Development Corporation.

King is senior loan coordinator for Oconee Federal. With more than 30 years of banking experience, King is coordinating establishing the loan production office and positioning it for growth in the Greater Greenville market.

Presley is Oconee Federal’s builder finance loan officer. He has more than 20 years of lending experience in the Upstate market. Presley has been a member of the Homebuilders Association of Greenville since 1996 and has also served on the HBA of Greenville’s Board of Directors and chaired numerous committees.
