Countybank Announces Promotions

Countybank announced the promotion of four team members.

Chris Roberts, who joined TBC Corp. in 2010, was promoted to senior vice president. Roberts is a graduate of Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. He has been responsible for driving significant growth in the footprint and scope of Countybank’s mortgage lending activities over the past 7 years.

 Crystal Peterson, who has been on the team for more than seven years, has been promoted to treasury services officer. Peterson graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in Family and Consumer Sciences. She will be responsible for enhancing deposit relationships and creating new fee opportunities through the delivery of cash management technology services to commercial/corporate clients and prospects.

 Dustin Green, who joined in 2013, was promoted to senior vice president and Greenville marketing executive. Green graduated from Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Finance and is currently enrolled in the SC Bankers School program. He joined the Countybank team as a senior commercial banker in the Greenville Main Office at 201 W. McBee Ave.


 Jim Fowler, who has been on the team for more than 19 years, was promoted to executive vice president of corporate banking and strategic initiatives. He is a second generation banker with over 34 years of experience in the financial industry. Over the past 19 years, he has played an instrumental role in Countybank’s success, holding leadership positions in each of the bank’s lines of business, from retail and commercial banking, to positions with Countybank Trust & Investments Group, Countybanc Insurance and Countybank Mortgage.
