ScanSource Hosts "Voice of the Customer" Panel

A panel comprised of Upstate business owners spoke as part of ScanSource’s Global Partner Conference on Wednesday, Nov. 8th at TD Convention Center. The discussion, moderated by ScanSource CTO Greg Dixon and titled “Voice of the Customer,” focused on the types of decisions companies are making when considering the technology needed to run their businesses. Panelists represented the types of businesses ScanSource partners sell to.

Participants included Chris Carino, COO at Tribe513; Emily Perkins, President of PuroClean Disaster Restoration; Melanie Hyatt, Co-owner of The Goddard School; and Tonya Martin, Co-owner of ProSource Plumbing Supply. The business leaders also discussed how the digital transformation is changing the way they operate, and the unique IT and data security challenges their businesses are facing.

The ScanSource Global Partner Conference brought together industry leaders and more than 1,400 of the company’s partners and employees from 26 countries around the globe to Greenville for three days of networking, breakout sessions, and events throughout Greenville and the surrounding areas.
