Renaissance Custom Homes announces The Cottages at Overbrook

Nov 03, 2017 09:32AM ● By Emily Stevenson

Situated on more than six acres in the Overbrook community, The Cottages at Overbrook bring maintenance-free living to downtown Greenville with a new 25-home subdivision. Each two-story, single-family home will average 1,600 square feet and have three bedrooms and two to three baths. Interior finishes will include granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, tile, walk-in master showers, front porches and craftsman-style interior trim. Cottages will start in the low $300,000s.

The neighborhood will include sidewalks and one central park will provide green space for residents. In keeping with the Overbrook neighborhood, the exterior will be a well-appointed arts and crafts style with a modern open floor plan.

“There’s such a great demand for single-family homes downtown, and Overbrook felt like the perfect location for this kind of project. It’s maintenance-free living and suits the needs for many different types of buyers,” said Kaser.
