Winners of Elliott Davis's Impact Awards announced

Elliott Davis announced the winners of its inaugural Impact Awards at a firm-wide meeting at the TD Convention Center in Greenville, where nearly 700 team members convened for the celebration. The Elliott Davis Impact Awards honor employees who embody the core values of the firm in the course of their everyday work. Nominations in five categories were submitted by peers who identified colleagues who they believed excelled in these areas. 

Four Greenville workers received awards:

- Dianne Watkins, firm controller, received the Client Service award, which is awarded to individuals who consistently go beyond expectations in providing exemplary service for clients by building relationships, helping clients achieve their goals, and delivering the highest quality work.

- Tami Corbin, talent development director, received the Innovation award, which is awarded to individuals who introduce new ideas or methods and take steps to create a culture of collaboration and innovation.

- Joe Poore, senior manager, received the Mentorship award, which is awarded to the individual who demonstrates a willingness to share skills, knowledge, and expertise. He or she identifies ability within others, believes in potential, and generously invests time, thought, and energy to build on the strengths of those being mentored.

- Tony Caldwell, senior, received the Community award, which is awarded to the individual who gives generously of his or her time, energy, heart, and soul to make the community a better place.

Employees across the firm submitted more than 500 nominations, demonstrating the firm’s clear commitment to promoting a value-centric culture and to building a team of purpose-driven and fully engaged professionals.
