Charlotte-based investment and development firm Proffitt Dixon Partners opened the first five units of its new apartment community, Ellison on Broad, in December. Located in downtown Greenville, Ellison on Broad is a five-story building with 201 studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments with large closets and bathrooms and moveable kitchen islands.

Ellison on Broad offers two courtyards, a rooftop deck, a clubhouse and fitness facility, and a saltwater pool, among other modern amenities. Each apartment is furnished with stainless steel appliances. The community is within walking distance of Main Street and offers energy efficiency, water and resource conservation, and improved indoor air quality.

Creative Builders is the general contractor, Housing Studio is the architect, Land Design is the landscape architect, Site Design is the civil engineer, and Vignette Interior Design is the interior decorator. Ellison on Broad is Proffitt Dixon’s first community in Greenville.
